Introduction

The project aimed to help Future Processing, a tech consultancy company increase its visibility on AI search platforms like GPT, Perplexity, AI Overview, AI Mode, Gemini and others.

We worked on the strategy together and treated AI search as a new channel worth testing, not as a fix for something broken. The shift paid off fast. AI-driven leads climbed from 14 in 2024 to 25 in 2025, which showed us that buyers already trust these platforms during early research.

Our shared goal centred on placing the brand inside the answers decision-makers actually read during vendor evaluation. Sponsored articles written for LLM consumption gave the client stronger visibility and more consistent mentions across multiple platforms.

Challenges and Project Goals

Future-Processing wasn’t using AI search as part of their marketing mix, even as platforms like GPT and Perplexity began influencing how users discover B2B technology partners. This gap caused a visible decline in lead flow and CTR, despite higher Google rankings and stable keyword performance.

The main goal was to expand visibility within AI search results for commercial phrases such as Azure consulting companies, FinOps service providers, and cloud infrastructure modernization companies. Secondary objectives included improving lead quality, increasing brand recall, and securing measurable presence among the top cited sources used by LLMs.

Strategy

The strategy focused on shifting SEO work to AI-friendly sponsored content that language models can find and cite. From Februaty to October 2025, Chilli Fruit published 30 long articles on trusted industry sites, each written to match how LLMs read and cite sources.
